Original Citizen Promaster Sea watch strap BN2040-17X. This silicone watch strap is very flexible which results in a nice wearing comfort. You can close the watch strap with a buckle.
This strap has a round starter and doesn't fit to other watches. For a quick replacement order some 20mm spring bars and a Spring bar removal tool.
